How to use:
Apply one patch to a relatively hair-free area of the skin. The patch is activated by your body heat allowing the natural ingredients to be absorbed through your skin and into your body over the period of 24 hours. Remove the patch after 24 hours. Wash any remaining residue and apply a new menopause patch to a different area of the body.
