Using your Full-Spectrum CBD Oil could not be easier, thanks to the thoughtful and considered dropped design. There are countless ways to enjoy the benefits of hemp, from applying under your tongue to adding to your favourite drinks and meals – simply fill up the dropper and release your desired dose of Full-Spectrum CBD Oil at home or on the go! It is recommended to apply 2-5 drops under your tongue and holding it there without swallowing for between 30-60 seconds. This aids the absorption of cannabinoids and terpenes through the thin skin barrier.
It’s no secret that the natural taste of hemp or cannabis isn’t for everyone. It can be hard to get used to the earthy, woody flavour of hemp extracts – particularly when taking supplements on a regular basis. Instructions: Shake well before using. Drop 1 serving under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Take no more than 1-3 servings per day. Its recommended to take with a meal, however, it can be taken with or without food but preferably just before a meal as it can help lower your blood sugar. Absorbing under the tongue allows the CBD to get directly into the bloodstream via the capillaries. There are approximately 200 drops in each bottle. If you do not like the taste of the the hemp oil you can wash down with water.
