Dosage: Take 1-3 drops of CBD oil up to 3 times a day. Hold drops under tongue for 1 minute before swallowing. CBD oil can be consumed via oral drops and should be taken under the tongue. This helps to increase absorption of the cannabidiol into the bloodstream. Shake the CBD oil bottle well before use.
Do not exceed the daily dosage of 70mg CBD. Food supplements shot not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. For first first-time CBD users, we recommend starting with a low mg strength and increasing the dose until you are happy with the results. Listen to your body and adjust the dose as required.
Keep out of reach of pets and children. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, please seek medical advice before taking this product. Do not use during pregnancy or when breast feeding. Not for sale to persons under the age of 18.
Store below 30 degrees Celsius and away from direct sunlight.
