How long does it take to process an order?
At Dirty Vapist, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM are typically prepared for shipment that same day. This means you can often expect your order to be dispatched within a few hours of placing it.

Currently, Dirty Vapist focuses on serving customers within the UK. This allows us to ensure smooth delivery within our established shipping network and navigate any regulations specific to the UK market.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return a product to us, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product to our return address:
Return Eligibility:
- The item MUST be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- We offer the option to either refund or exchange the item, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping:
- Please note that we do not provide a free returns service, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We cannot refund postage costs or the original delivery charge.
Loss or Damage in Transit:
- We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in transport, so please ensure you wrap all items securely for transportation.
Refund Processing:
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
