El cuerpo está hecho de una aleación de titanio y aluminio pulido fabricada en Cornwall, Reino Unido, mediante una máquina de fundición a presión de alta presión de 550 toneladas, con cámara fría. Después de la fundición, el cuerpo pasa por un proceso de pulido de cinco etapas que le da un acabado de alto brillo. El tamaño es el mismo que el del Doxy estándar, por lo que admite los accesorios de tamaño estándar. Sin embargo, es más pesado, 830 gramos, 680 gramos sin incluir el tapón. La cubierta de la cabeza es de silicona de grado médico, lisa, fácil de limpiar. Los tres botones grandes y sencillos están iluminados con luces LED azules para que puedas encontrarlos fácilmente en la oscuridad. El Die Cast tiene una configuración de pulso variable y escalonado, como el Doxy estándar.
